Umbrella umbellata is one of the plants of the family called Carnationaceae; in Latin the name of this plant will be as follows: Holosteum umbellatum L.

As for the name of the umbelliferous family itself, in Latin it will be: Caryophyllaceae Juss.

Description of the umbelliferous ossicle

Umbrella kostenets is also known by numerous popular names: kostenets, bouquet grass, clove grass and clove grass. Umbelliferous osseous is an annual herbaceous plant, the height of which will fluctuate between three and twenty-five centimeters. The stem is highly branched at the very base and is endowed with ascending branches. The leaves of this plant will be sessile, opposite and oblong-ovate in shape. It is noteworthy that the flowers of the umbellate are arranged in an umbrella. This plant has only five sepals, five petals, five stamens, but only three styles. The fruit of the osumbellum is a capsule that will open at the top through six valves.

The flowering of the umbelliferous plant occurs during the period from March to June. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the European part of Russia, Central Asia, Ukraine, Belarus, the Caucasus and Western Siberia, with the exception of the Ob region. For growth, this plant prefers foothills, salt licks, sands, oases, pebbles and slopes, and rarely can be found in crops.

Description of the medicinal properties of the umbellate ossense

Kostenets umbelliferum is endowed with very valuable healing properties, and it is recommended to use the leaves of this plant for medicinal purposes.

The presence of such valuable healing properties should be explained by the content of flavonoids and saponins in this plant. The leaves of this plant are endowed with wound healing and astringent effects. An infusion prepared from the leaves of Kostenza umbelliferum is recommended to be taken orally for enterocolitis and diarrhea. It is recommended to rinse the mouth with this infusion of leaves for gingivitis and sore throat. Fresh crushed leaves of this plant should be applied to the affected areas for abrasions, burns and boils.

For diarrhea and enterocolitis, the following remedy based on umbellate scalyx is recommended: to prepare this remedy, take one tablespoon of crushed umbellate scalyx leaves per cup of boiling water. Let the mixture steep for one hour, then strain thoroughly. Take one-third of a cup of this remedy three to four times daily. It should be noted that to achieve maximum effectiveness when taking this umbellate scalyx remedy, it is recommended to strictly follow not only all the instructions for preparing it, but also all the rules for taking it.

The following umbellate scalyx remedy is recommended for rinsing and washing the affected areas of the body when warm: to prepare this remedy, take two tablespoons of umbellate scalyx leaves per 300 milliliters of boiling water. This healing mixture should be steeped for approximately one hour, then thoroughly strained. The umbellate scalyx-based remedy is now ready for use. It should be noted that this remedy is highly effective when used correctly.
