In addition, the following remedy based on this plant is also effective for sore throat: to prepare such a healing remedy, take one tablespoon of dry crushed herb per glass of boiling water. The resulting mixture, based on cattail angustifolia, is infused for about two to three hours and taken four times a day, two tablespoons. When used correctly, this remedy will be very effective.
