The umbrellas of this plant will most often be endowed with one to three rays, while the umbrellas are endowed with an involucre, which in turn consists of four to six ovoid or oblong-shaped leaves. The petals of Scandix Venus’s crest are painted in white tones, the column will be quite short and its length will not exceed one and a half millimeters. The length of the fruit of this plant is about fifteen to seventy millimeters; such a fruit will be endowed with a very long, flattened nose, which will be bristly along the edge.
Scandix Venus’s crest blooms in the spring. For growth, this plant prefers gardens, fallow lands, vegetable gardens, dry mountain slopes, roadsides, hills, rocky slopes, crops and boundaries. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Caucasus, Central Asia and Crimea.

A decoction prepared from the herb Scandix Venus crest should be used as a very valuable antitumor, diuretic, laxative and expectorant. In addition, a decoction of the herb of this plant is endowed with the ability to exhibit antibacterial activity.
As an expectorant, laxative and diuretic, it is recommended to use the following remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a healing remedy, you will need to take two tablespoons of crushed dry Scandix Venus crest herb per two glasses of water. The resulting medicinal mixture should first be boiled over fairly low heat for about three minutes, then left to infuse for one hour, after which this mixture based on Scandix Venus comb must be filtered very carefully. Take the resulting medicine based on this plant before meals three times a day, one third of a glass.
