For rheumatism, the following highly effective remedy based on wormwood paniculata is recommended: to prepare this remedy, take one teaspoon of this plant per cup of boiling water. Let the mixture steep for approximately fifteen minutes, then strain it thoroughly. This wormwood-based mixture is recommended to be taken three times daily, approximately thirty minutes before meals, one or two tablespoons at a time.
For bronchitis, flu, and pneumonia, the following highly effective remedy based on this plant is recommended: to prepare this remedy, take two tablespoons of crushed dried wormwood leaves per two cups of water. Boil the resulting mixture over fairly low heat for approximately four to five minutes, then let it steep for approximately one hour, and then strain it thoroughly. Take the resulting wormwood-based remedy two to three times daily, one-third of a glass or half a glass. It’s important to note that for maximum effectiveness, both the preparation instructions and the dosage instructions should be strictly followed: in this case, the positive effects will be noticeable quite quickly.
