The leaves of wormwood are endowed with a wedge-shaped base, while the upper stem leaves are smaller and almost linear. The baskets of this plant are on stalks in a compressed inflorescence, which will be racemose-paniculate. It is noteworthy that all the flowers of this plant are fertile.

The flowering of wormwood occurs during the period from July to August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in the Far East, but for the growth of wormwood it prefers deciduous forests, hill slopes, and forest zones along ridges.

Description of the medicinal properties of wormwood

Wormwood is endowed with very valuable healing properties, and it is recommended to use the herb of this plant for medicinal purposes. The term grass includes flowers, stems and leaves.
