It is recommended to use an alcohol tincture based on green oats as a tonic. In addition, this remedy turns out to be very effective for neurasthenia, insomnia and mental fatigue. In addition, this tincture is also used when quitting smoking.

When treating inflammation of the joints and rheumatism, it is recommended to use baths of fresh oat straw: for this, take about half a kilogram per bath. Local washing is recommended for frostbite, lichen, eczema and other skin diseases. For washing, you should prepare such a decoction in a ratio of one to ten.

Foot baths made from a decoction of oat straw and oak bark are used for excessive sweating of the feet. As for homeopathy, an essence prepared from fresh oat sprouts has become quite widespread.
