The stems of Cruciata smootha are numerous; they can be either ascending at the base or straight. In addition, such stems will be simple, densely pubescent, tetrahedral, and they can rarely be bare. The leaves are in arranged whorls of four, they will be oblong-elliptical in shape, their length will be about fifteen millimeters, and their width will be equal to five millimeters. Such leaves are also sessile; they will be endowed with three veins. The semi-umbrellas will be axillary, they are shorter in length than the leaves, five- and six-flowered. The flowers of Cruciata smooth are found in the branches of an umbrella with two bracts, which will be very similar to the leaves, but at the same time much smaller. The flowers of this plant are two to three millimeters in diameter and are endowed with ovoid and sharp lobes. The fruits of Cruciata smootha will be endowed with one mericarp, they are smooth, spherical and glabrous, and their diameter will be about one to one and a half millimeters.

This plant blooms from May to June. Under natural conditions, cruciate smooth is found in the Caucasus, Belarus, the European part of Russia in the Ladoga-Ilmen region and the Volga-Don region, as well as in the Altai region of Western Siberia and the Angara-Sayan region of Eastern Siberia. For growth, this plant prefers places among shrubs, forest glades, rocky areas, forest edges, grassy slopes, meadows, pine, oak, beech, and birch forests. It is noteworthy that cruciata smooth is also a very ornamental plant.

Description of the medicinal properties of cruciata smootha

Cruciate smooth is endowed with very valuable healing properties. A decoction prepared from the herb of this plant is recommended for use as a hemostatic agent, as well as for rectal prolapse, metrorrhagia, bleeding from hemorrhoids, dyspepsia, and hypertension. In addition, this remedy will also be effective as an antiemetic in children. It should be noted that the rhizomes of Cruciata smootha can produce a red color.

For liver cirrhosis, it is recommended to prepare the following remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a healing remedy, you will need to take three tablespoons of crushed dry cruciata smooth herb in two glasses of water. The resulting mixture should be boiled for about three to four minutes over low heat, after which this mixture is left to infuse for two hours and filtered very carefully. Take the resulting healing remedy based on cruciate smooth three times a day, two to three tablespoons before meals.

When vomiting in children, it is recommended to use the following remedy based on cruciata smootha: to prepare such a remedy, take one tablespoon of dry crushed herb of this plant per glass of water. The mixture is boiled for two minutes, left for an hour and filtered. Take this remedy based on cruciate smooth two to three times a day, one teaspoon.
