Description of field bark

The field aster is known by numerous popular names: bagna, wild aster, widow’s aster, field aster, flea grass, breast grass, boletus grass, head grass, head grass, crustacean, commotion, blue grass, hundred head grass, magpie grass, scabies grass and red head grass. Field bark is a perennial, coarse-haired plant, endowed with a straight, branched stem, the height of which will be about twenty to seventy centimeters. The leaves of this plant can be from entire and almost entire to deeply pinnately divided, the upper leaves of this plant are spaced, and the lower ones will be close together. The flowers of this plant are colored blue-lilac, purple or red-violet. Such leaves are collected in flattened spherical heads, which will be surrounded by leaves of a herbaceous involucre. Flowering of the field barnacle occurs from the beginning of summer until late autumn. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in Western Siberia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and the European part of Russia. As an alien, this plant can be found in the Far East. For growth, the plant prefers places among bushes, forest edges, fallow lands, fallow fields, hillsides and meadows.

Description of the medicinal properties of field bark

Field bark is endowed with very valuable healing properties, and it is recommended to use the herb of this plant for medicinal purposes. The concept of grass includes the flowers, stems and leaves of this plant. It is recommended to procure such raw materials during the period from June to August.

Field bark is endowed with very valuable antiseptic, antitussive and anti-inflammatory effects. As for traditional medicine, a water infusion of the herb of this plant and its alcohol tincture are quite widespread. An infusion of the herb of the field bark is recommended for use for various rashes, chronic skin diseases, ulcers, acne, scalp, urticaria, as well as for ulcers and itching in the anus.

In addition, field bark is used for throat diseases, inflammation of the bladder and cough. It should be noted that previously the herbal tincture of this plant was used for pulmonary tuberculosis.

For dermatitis, it is recommended to use the following remedy based on this plant: to prepare such a remedy based on field bark, take two tablespoons of the herb per half liter of boiling water. The resulting mixture should be infused for one hour, after which the mixture is filtered very carefully. Take this remedy based on common bark three to four times a day, one-third of a glass. It is noteworthy that this infusion can also be used for external use.

For eczema and psoriasis, it is recommended to use the following remedy based on bark grass: to prepare such a remedy, you will need to take one part of the herb of this plant to five parts of seventy percent alcohol, and then infuse for two weeks. Take the resulting remedy, twenty-five to thirty drops three times a day before meals, with water. It is very important to follow all the rules for preparing and taking such a product: only in this way will maximum effectiveness be achieved.
